Attached home prices cooled compared to last month, with fewer listings and fewer closed sales. However, properties are selling a little faster, showing that motivated buyers are still active even as supply tightens.
Detached Homes (Single-Family)
Detached homes performed strongly in August, with both prices and sales activity on the rise. Homes are also selling more quickly than in July, a positive sign of demand in the high-end Point Loma market.
